My name is Kamilla McKinski and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I came from Poland 25 years ago with my two little boys to join my husband, who left to get our new lives started in the United States, three years before me.

 

Since I remember, I was always painting or drawing something; but it really came to me  in 1996 when we built our first home in Timberwood Park. The white walls drove me crazy! One day when my husband was at work I got a paint brash in my hand and from that moment I never put it down. The rest, like they say, “Is History”. I love what I’m doing, and so do my friends and customers.

 

For the past twelve years, I’ve been faux painting, ragging, marbleizing, finishing with Venetian plaster, and doing anything that my customers or friends have seen done somewhere else.

Like with any job I do ---- I will turn your house into a beautiful home, full of colors ,blending accordingly with the lighting of the rooms. It is very rewarding and important for me to see a job done to perfection. I guess to some point, I AM a perfectionist.
